At Alsaeed Dry Fruits, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and hassle-free return policy.

10-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
The product must not be damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage.
Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened or partially consumed products
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage
Items returned after the 10-day return period

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

A damaged product
A defective product
The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if your claim is approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using your original payment method, or by bank transfer if applicable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a damaged/incorrect product.
